Our application is a lightweight daily income and expenditure recording tool with enlarged font and concise interface, specially designed for elderly users. The product is open to all age groups, including minors. This policy fully explains how we collect, use, store, protect, share and manage all personal information generated during your use of our application and related services, in compliance with Google Play Store privacy regulations and global personal information protection laws. By downloading, installing, opening and using our application, you fully acknowledge, understand and agree to all contents of this Privacy Policy.

In strict accordance with the minimum necessary principle to support simple bookkeeping functions, we classify all collected permissions and user information into sensitive personal permissions & information and general personal permissions & information. We will only apply for and collect the following sensitive system permissions and corresponding information only when you actively grant authorization and the function is necessary for daily bookkeeping service:

   • Collection method: Activated only when you voluntarily save pictures, receipts and media files as attachments for book records.

   • Collected content: Image files and media data that you actively select and upload from your device storage.

2. Camera Permission

   • Collection method: Activated only when you use the receipt photographing function of the application to record bills.

   • Collected content: Image data captured by the device camera for bill recording.

1.2 General Personal Permissions & Information

On the premise of ensuring basic application operation, crash troubleshooting and function optimization, we collect the following minimal general information:

1. Basic device information: device model, operating system version, network type and basic device environment information.

2. Application operation log: function use records, abnormal operation logs and simple service running data.

3. User self-entered bookkeeping data: income, expenditure, amount, notes and other daily record content that you voluntarily create and save in the application.

2. Information Security Protection Measures

We have established a complete multi-layered technical and internal management security system to fully protect all your personal information and bookkeeping data from unauthorized access, tampering, leakage, damage and loss:

1. Whole-link technical encryption protection: We adopt end-to-end encrypted transmission for all user data interaction, encrypted isolated storage for user bookkeeping data, firewall protection, abnormal behavior monitoring and automatic risk warning throughout the whole process of data collection, transmission, storage and use.

2. Internal management control system: We have formulated strict internal data management specifications and employee confidentiality agreements. Only authorized internal staff can access user data within the minimum necessary scope of daily service maintenance. Unauthorized viewing, extraction, disclosure and tampering of user information are completely prohibited.

We retain your personal information and bookkeeping data only within the minimum time limit necessary for continuous service provision. During the valid use period of your application, we will keep corresponding data to maintain your daily bookkeeping record and continuous service experience.

3.2 Active Deletion & Automatic Mechanism

1. You can independently initiate information clearing and data deletion requests at any time through the settings inside our application.

2. After you submit a clear deletion application, we will immediately stop using all your personal information and bookkeeping data, and permanently and irreversibly erase all stored user data on our server within the specified time limit. No redundant backup will be retained except as required by laws and regulations.

3. After complete data deletion, the deleted content cannot be recovered, while you can still continue to use basic functions of the application.

 

4. Protection of Minors' Rights and Interests

Our simple enlarged-font bookkeeping application is open to all age groups, including minors. The product has concise, simple daily recording functions without inappropriate content, and is suitable for teenagers and minors to use for simple household and pocket money record.

1. We will never actively collect extra personal information of minor users. All functions are simple daily bookkeeping without private sensitive data collection.

2. We urge guardians to properly supervise minor users during use, and guide them to establish reasonable consumption and simple recording habits.

3. If we confirm that a user is a minor, all their stored information will still be protected in accordance with this policy, and we will never collect, disclose or use minor user information improperly.

In accordance with Google Play privacy regulations and global personal information protection laws, you own the following complete rights to all your data:

1. Right of access: You have the right to inquire about all personal information and bookkeeping data collected and stored by us at any time through application settings.

2. Right of correction: You have the right to modify, update and revise inaccurate information and wrong bookkeeping records at any time.

4. Right to withdraw consent: You can change and withdraw system permission authorization granted to the application at any time through device system settings. Withdrawing permission will only disable corresponding functions and will not affect previously stored data.

5. Right to refuse push: You have the right to turn off unnecessary information notification services at any time in application settings.

6. Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies

Our bookkeeping application does not use any Cookies, local tracking tags, pixel codes, device fingerprint tracking and other user behavior tracking technologies in any form.We will not store any irrelevant tracking files, preference records or user identification data on your device, will not track user usage behavior, build user portraits or push targeted advertisements.

 

7. Update of This Privacy Policy

We will regularly revise, supplement and update the content of this Privacy Policy according to application function iteration, Google Play Store policy adjustment, update of global privacy protection laws and industrial standard changes.When major adjustments are made to policy clauses, we will publish the full updated Privacy Policy on our official release channel in advance. Your continued use of the application after the updated policy takes effect shall be deemed as your full acceptance of the revised terms.
